The eighth edition of the ACO Musto Skiff 2017 World Championships has gathered together 64 regatta racers of 13 different nationalities in Majorca. The regatta was held from 26 May-4 June at Club Nàutic S’Arenal, located in Palma Bay, and ended with the proclamation of the German Frithjof Schwerdt as the ACO Musto Skiff world champion.

During the race, the commercial team of ACO Iberia held several meetings. The presentations and meetings of the ACO Iberia team were always surrounded by the nautical atmosphere of the competition and the Mallorcan flavor.

/ Hotel Design Conference /
As the sponsor of the event, ACO took advantage of the race to contact architects and professionals from the building sector and organise a hotel design and architecture conference entitled the “Hotel Design Conference”. The conference was attended by the architect Geoff Markham from DSA Architects International.

There were many new faces on the podium of the eighth edition of the ACO Musto Skiff 2017 World Championships. Frithjof Schwerdt, from Germany, was the new ACO Musto Skiff World Champion, while Bruce Keen from the UK was second and Andy Tarboton, from South Africa, third.
